as a project lead, artists are responsible for project management from start to finish. this includes but is not limited to: creating the plan for install, ordering and mixing paint, leading production artists on site, planning community engagement events, and all communications with the partner.
as a production artist, artists are responsible for following the plan for install and translating the design to the proper scale of the surface.
as a designer, artists work directly with the partner and the lead to create concepts for selection.
